Area Business Leader

About the role

The Area Business Leader is responsible for overseeing the performance of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring brand standards, profitability, and operational excellence across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with restaurant chiefs, team leaders, and franchise partners to implement brand, operating, and business standards.
• Conduct regular on‑site restaurant visits to verify compliance and guide corrective action plans.
• Oversee the rollout of brand‑wide and local marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand representation.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets for company‑owned stores and support franchise partners in driving growth.
• Facilitate timely business reviews with store leadership and franchisees to optimize performance.
• Maintain professional decorum, punctuality, and adherence to company policies while actively participating in meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience in casual dining or the food industry, preferably with multi‑unit responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of store operations and multi‑store business management.
• Willingness to work in the field and conduct regular store visitations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
