Architectural Foreman

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Foreman to lead on‑site activities for residential construction projects. The successful candidate will coordinate crews, ensure compliance with plans and regulations, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction operations, allocating resources and staffing to meet project schedules.
- Interpret architectural drawings and blueprints to guide work crews.
- Monitor compliance with local laws, regulations, best practices, and safety protocols.
- Report progress, issues, and status updates to site engineers, architects, and supervisors.
- Manage time‑critical tasks, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Foreman, preferably on residential projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptability to fast‑paced construction environments.
- Excellent time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints.
