Architect / Revit Modeler (Hybrid – Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect/Revit Modeler to join our work‑share team supporting our UAE office. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work from an office in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu City and from home.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, engineers and designers to produce detailed drawings and documentation that meet project briefs and specifications.
• Prepare and develop Revit models, drawings, specifications, reports and other design documents.
• Deliver day‑to‑day technical and design documentation, including clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
• Oversee quality control of design and technical documentation, ensuring dimensional accuracy.
• Coordinate drafting processes, data and modeling information with limited supervision.
• Mentor and upskill the design team on technical delivery and model development.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural and Revit experience.
• Ability to work independently, review own work before submission, and manage time effectively.
• Availability to work from 12:00 NN to 21:00 PM.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting (office and remote).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit (modeling and rendering).
• Strong architectural detailing skills.
• Experience with Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Familiarity with joinery, finishes and interior design documentation (plus).
• Knowledge of regenerative design tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper (plus).
• Understanding of ESD concepts and Revit Insight plugin (plus).
