Architect – Design & Project Coordination

About the role

We are seeking a licensed architect to support the design and execution of residential housing projects. The role focuses on plan review, progress monitoring, and close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure design quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in plan review and monitor progress of assigned projects.
• Perform test‑fit studies and prepare area tabulations.
• Attend design and construction meetings and respond to RFA/RFI when applicable.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as design management, project development, and engineering.
• Conduct periodic site visits to verify design implementation.

Required profile

• PRC‑licensed graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable school.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an architectural design firm, preferably in horizontal housing development.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in BGC or Pasay.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Lumion and other 3D rendering software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
