Appointment Setter – Outbound Calls to Real Estate Agents

About the role

We are looking for a confident, personable Appointment Setter to contact real‑estate agents, gauge their interest, and schedule short introductory calls for our team. You will work with proven scripts and a dedicated dialing system to generate qualified appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to real‑estate agents using provided scripts and dialing software.
• Assess each agent’s interest and book 15‑minute introductory appointments.
• Accurately disposition calls after each conversation.
• Work efficiently through supplied call lists and meet daily/weekly appointment targets.
• Maintain a professional, friendly phone presence on every call.

Required profile

• Comfortable speaking on the phone for long periods and handling a high call volume.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow scripts while sounding natural.

Required skills

• Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or cold‑calling.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral, professional voice.
• Familiarity with power‑dialing tools such as PhoneBurner.
• Experience using CRM or similar call‑disposition tracking systems.
