Appointment Setter – Cold Caller for Digital Marketing SaaS

About the role
We are seeking an experienced cold‑caller to generate qualified appointments for our digital‑marketing and SaaS services. You will contact local service‑based businesses and schedule demos of our website design and AI‑powered automation solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects (landscapers, roofers, construction firms, etc.)
- Schedule 1‑3 product demos per day during an 8‑hour shift
- Maintain a minimum 50% show‑rate for scheduled demos
- Track performance metrics and report daily results
Required profile
- Fluent English with clear verbal communication
- Proven experience cold‑calling U.S. businesses
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and availability during U.S. business hours
Required skills
- GoHighLevel (preferred)
What we offer
- Two compensation models: performance‑based ($10 per held demo, $30 per closed sale, with a possible $5/hr base after 30 days) or flat $4/hr
- Qualified lead lists, scripts, and objection‑handling framework
- Opportunity for pay increases based on consistent performance
