Application Support Engineer – SAP BTP Integration Suite

About the role

The Application Support Engineer will ensure the smooth operation of critical business applications built on SAP BTP Integration Suite. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to diagnose issues, optimise performance, and support seamless integration across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP BTP Integration Suite and related integration tools.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, make key technical decisions, and drive solutions for integration challenges.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions and training to uplift team capabilities.
• Participate in project planning and execution to align integration work with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) and SAP PO/PI.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Experience working with APIs and cloud‑based integration services.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team coordination.
