Application Assistant (Project-based)

About the role

Stolt Tankers is seeking an Application Assistant to support its maritime ERP environment. The role is project‑based and involves close collaboration with application consultants to ensure smooth operation of critical business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with application consultants to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues of varying complexity reported by end users.
• Develop and maintain First‑Time Fix documentation and knowledge articles.
• Provide support for ad‑hoc administrative tasks and other operational activities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
• Proven experience in application support or a similar role.
• Results‑oriented with strong ethics and a passion for excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships.
• Experience with maritime ERP systems is an advantage.
