Apoderado/a Externo/a – Legal Representative for Mortgage Operations

About the role

Join Grupo Sertyf as an External Legal Representative responsible for supporting mortgage operations for leading Spanish banks such as CaixaBank, BBVA, UCI, CRA and Iberaval. This flexible, professional collaboration is ideal for law graduates interested in the mortgage sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review all documentation required for the signing of mortgage operations.
• Verify at the notary that deeds are correctly aligned with the file information and supporting documents.
• Collect and manage the documentation needed for subsequent processing of each case.

Required profile

• Law degree (Licenciatura or Grado in Derecho).
• High level of responsibility, organization and case‑follow‑up ability.
• Comfortable using digital tools and able to travel to notaries within the assigned area.
• Driver’s licence and geographic mobility are a plus.

Required skills
