AI Production Team Lead

About the role

SkyBlue Media is building an AI video production team in the Philippines and is looking for a Team Lead who will run the team day to day, turning scripts into finished AI-generated episodes for short-form vertical series and branded content. The role reports to the Head of Creative in Dubai and is fully remote with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Philippine team of full-time AI Video Specialists and contract AI Video Artists.
• Break scripts into shot lists and assign daily and weekly tasks.
• Keep characters, locations and visual style consistent across episodes.
• Review every shot and episode before it goes to the Head of Creative for approval.
• Own the team's AI credit budget: plan credits per episode, monitor daily usage, flag overruns early and report weekly.
• Join meetings with the Dubai team and clients, including outside core hours when needed.
• Support design projects and presentation decks for the wider company.
• Generate the most complex shots, including character close-ups and dialogue scenes, and document prompts and workflows.
• Act as the main contact between the Philippine team and the Dubai team.

Required profile

• 4+ years in video production or post-production, including at least 1 year leading a team.
• 1+ year of hands-on work with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Higgsfield, Runway or Veo.
• A strong eye for storytelling, framing and continuity.
• Experience managing deadlines, budgets and multiple deliverables, ideally including AI tool credits or subscriptions.
• Clear, confident English communication.
• Portfolio showing AI-generated video work, ideally including dialogue scenes.
• Nice to have: short-form or vertical content experience, AI voice cloning and lipsync, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.

Required skills

• Solid editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong Canva skills for presentation decks.
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
