AI Developer – Build LLM‑Powered Applications

About the role

We are seeking an AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI‑powered applications using modern Large Language Model (LLM) platforms. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to create intelligent features that enhance user experience and drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI‑driven applications and features using LLM platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, or similar.
• Build and optimise prompt workflows, AI agents, and retrieval‑based systems to improve performance and outcomes.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems and third‑party APIs.
• Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and context‑management solutions where appropriate.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into AI‑enabled solutions.
• Evaluate, test, and monitor model performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI services and integrations.
• Stay current with advancements in LLMs and recommend adoption opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience building applications with LLM APIs (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
