AI Automation and SEO Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing UK‑based roofing, insulation and damp‑proofing company seeking a part‑time AI Automation & SEO Specialist. Working remotely as an independent contractor, you will help streamline our internal processes, integrate AI tools, and boost our digital marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, configure and continuously optimise the GoHighLevel CRM, including automations, workflows and sales pipelines.
• Integrate Claude AI, ChatGPT and other AI solutions into daily business operations.
• Support AI‑driven content creation and marketing automation initiatives.
• Maintain and update the company WordPress website, ensuring performance and usability.
• Implement and improve SEO on key pages to increase organic lead generation.
• Assist with paid traffic campaigns and broader digital marketing activities as needed.
• Identify and execute opportunities to automate and improve internal systems.
• Provide regular, clear updates on progress, performance and improvements to the founder.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel.
• Proven experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
• Experience managing and updating WordPress sites.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with professional English communication.

What we offer
