Agile Business Analyst

About the role
BPI Wealth is looking for an Agile Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and Agile development teams. You will gather, translate, and validate requirements to deliver high‑value solutions that improve processes and the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with product owners, Scrum teams, and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and support sprint/release planning.
- Validate requirements during delivery, conduct user acceptance testing, and help resolve defects.
- Identify and recommend improvements to processes and customer experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Business, Agile, or Solutions Analyst in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and exposure to investment, accounting, or related domains is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
