About the role
AXA Philippines is seeking a full‑time Agency Manager to lead a team of financial advisors in Koronadal. The role combines on‑site presence with flexible work‑from‑home days, allowing you to drive sales, productivity, and customer service while adhering to AXA’s standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and train financial advisors.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and field mentoring.
- Set and monitor sales plans, targets, and reporting metrics.
- Implement local marketing and business‑development initiatives.
- Maintain strong client relationships and uphold ethical selling practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales leadership, agency management, or team supervision, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services.
- Strong business‑development, goal‑setting, and sales‑planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop advisors with a focus on performance management.
- Solid understanding of financial products and insurance solutions, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Organizational and time‑management skills for handling multiple priorities in a hybrid setup.
- High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
