About the role
The Administration & Sales Support Officer will provide essential administrative assistance and support sales activities for a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) distribution business. This fully remote, dayshift position enables you to work from home while collaborating with the sales and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and record keeping.
- Assist the sales team with order processing, customer follow‑up, and preparation of sales reports.
- Coordinate with logistics and distribution partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Required profile
- Based in Metro Manila and able to work regular dayshift hours.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
