Acquisition Manager – Driver Partner Recruitment

About the role

The Acquisition Manager will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment and retention of driver‑partners for our mobility platform. Based in Antipolo, this full‑time on‑site position focuses on building strong relationships with drivers while meeting acquisition targets and ensuring high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute acquisition campaigns to attract new driver‑partners.
• Source, interview, and onboard drivers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Analyse recruitment metrics, track performance, and manage KPIs.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and communication.
• Maintain strong relationships with driver‑partners and uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
• Ability to analyse data, track performance, and manage KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies for driver acquisition.
• Prior experience in mobility, transportation, or logistics is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of the local market and driver‑partner engagement.
