Accounts & Payroll Officer – Morning Shift – Hybrid

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Process and reconcile monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and support month‑end closing activities.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and ad‑hoc analyses for management.
• Coordinate with HR and external auditors to verify payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in accounts and payroll, preferably with exposure to NZ or AU payroll standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
