Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team, drive operational efficiency, and ensure the highest level of accuracy in all financial processes. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will act as a key liaison between finance operations and senior leadership, aligning daily activities with the company’s mission, vision, and values.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day affairs of the accounting group, providing leadership, guidance, and overall direction.
• Mentor and train staff and supervisors in accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), bank reconciliation, financial closing, and reporting.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in AP setup, processing, payment, and customer billing, collection, and bank reconciliation.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare monthly KPI reports, and draft action plans for deviations.
• Oversee time‑sheet accuracy, metrics reporting, and team capacity planning.
• Handle billing, collection, and client communications, providing status updates and resolving issues promptly.
• Champion technology and systems adoption, ensuring internal protocols and best practices are followed.
• Promote ethical standards, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
