Accounting Manager

About the role
The Accounting Manager will lead the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and robust internal controls. This role supports strategic decision‑making by providing timely financial information and overseeing the accounting team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
- Manage and mentor accounting staff, set performance expectations, and conduct regular reviews.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecast financial requirements, and monitor variances.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards.
- Maintain the chart of accounts, internal controls, and oversee audit processes.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3‑5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Experience handling multiple legal entities and financial reporting.
