Accounting Manager

About the role

The Accounting Manager will be based on‑site in the Philippines and will lead the preparation, review and analysis of the company’s financial statements and reports. This senior position ensures accurate accounting records, compliance with regulations and provides data‑driven insights to improve financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements and management reports.
• Manage journal entries and ensure proper posting in the accounting system.
• Monitor and control fixed‑asset accounting, including acquisitions, disposals and depreciation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
• Analyze financial data and present actionable recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements and managing fixed assets.
• Proficiency in journal entry processing and core accounting principles.
• Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of finance operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• CPA designation is a strong advantage.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities.
