Accounting Manager

About the role

The Accounting Manager will lead the production of consolidated financial and regulatory reports for Xerox’s legal entities, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. This role oversees the accounting function, internal controls, cash management and communication between accounting staff and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage one or more specialized functional areas of accounting in line with accounting principles, practices and procedures.
• Contribute to the development, modification, review and implementation of accounting systems, reporting methods, controls, policies and procedures.
• Administer approved accounting practices across the organization to ensure accurate financial and operating reports.
• Train support personnel in accounting procedures, theories and reporting requirements.
• Identify and review issues affecting company compliance, legal requirements and business objectives.
• Oversee the preparation, submission and validation of division or business‑unit financial reports as required by top management.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in accounting, finance or a related field, or equivalent business experience.
• Solid knowledge and experience in accounting discipline with a focus on regulatory reporting.
• Ability to set priorities, coordinate work activities and guide subordinates.
• Understanding of company policies, procedures and regulatory environment.
• Decision‑making guided by established policies and oversight from senior management.
