About the role
The Finance Business Partner Accounting Associate will support the day‑to‑day bookkeeping operations of our business segment. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to start a career in finance and accounting within a dynamic environment in Makati.
Key responsibilities
- Process reimbursements and payments to suppliers/vendors, ensuring the validity and completeness of payment instructions and invoices.
- Record entries in ledgers promptly and accurately, and maintain safekeeping of related documents and receipts.
- Prepare, monitor, analyze and reconcile ledgers to guarantee that all expenses are accounted for and correctly charged.
- Generate ad‑hoc financial reports as requested by the immediate supervisor.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or a related field.
- Background or interest in banking, financial management, and administrative functions.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Willingness to be assigned to Makati City.
