About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Accountant to join our team in Alaminos. The role involves managing daily financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day financial activities and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare financial statements and perform financial reporting.
- Perform bookkeeping, monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure tax compliance and process payroll.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and uphold accounting standards.
- Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (CPA preferred).
- Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis and statement preparation.
- Experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance and payroll processing.
- Ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines and solve problems.
- Understanding of U.S. and international accounting standards.
