About the role
We are looking for a qualified CPA to lead our Finance and Accounting department. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, supporting strategic financial planning, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Finance & Accounting team and supervise daily operations.
- Prepare and present monthly and annual financial reports.
- Participate in the development and execution of company‑wide financial strategies.
- Monitor financial performance of business and logistical activities.
- Identify and evaluate financial risks associated with management decisions.
- Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.
Required profile
- CPA certification with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of government compliance requirements (BIR, PEZA, SEC, etc.).
- Experience in financial statement closing and statutory external audit processes.
Required skills
- CPA qualification.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting information systems.
