Accountant – Accounting to Reporting (Hybrid)

About the role

The Accountant, Accounting to Reporting will ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions in the general ledger, adhering to service level agreements and global accounting policies. Working under limited supervision, you will handle balance‑sheet reconciliations, journal entries, fixed‑asset processing, and month‑end close activities in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries in the general ledger.
• Reconcile balance‑sheet accounts, confirm intercompany balances, and process fixed‑asset transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and clear open items.
• Execute month‑end closing tasks in line with the global calendar and SLA.
• Review and approve BlackLine journals according to company policy.
• Conduct internal controls reviews and document compliance with iPace requirements.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly unit consolidation reports.
• Serve as point of contact for audit queries and update SOPs as processes evolve.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
• CPA license (preferred).
• 3–5 years of finance experience, specifically in accounting processes.
• Prior experience in a General Ledger function.
• Ability to work under time pressure with strong work ethic.
• Effective written and spoken English communication skills.
