Account Representative

About the role

The Account Representative will promote Island Finance's consumer loan and financial products to existing and prospective customers. Working from the San Sebastián branch, you will provide guidance, deliver excellent service, and help the company meet its growth targets while complying with all relevant policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and promote a range of financial products, including consumer loans.
• Provide personalized advice and support to customers.
• Retain existing clients and acquire new ones to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure all activities follow company policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of university or technical education.
• At least two years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong public‑facing and service‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle high‑volume workloads, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
• Team player with good organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Office).
