Account Manager – US Region

About the role

Sinch ClickSend is looking for an Account Manager to own a portfolio of medium‑value SMB accounts in the US region. You will be the day‑to‑day point of contact, responsible for retaining and expanding these accounts while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure growth opportunities within existing accounts by building trust and engagement.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer challenges and aligning ClickSend solutions.
• Introduce new communication products from the ClickSend stack and develop detailed use‑case reports.
• Create and maintain account plans to meet or exceed retention and growth targets.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals set by leadership.
• Maintain regular check‑ins with customers, proactively addressing roadblocks.
• Present customer feedback to internal teams (Technology, Product, Support) to influence roadmap.

Required profile

• Account management, sales or customer success experience in SaaS or CPaaS environments.
• Proven ability to sell solutions, articulate ROI, and negotiate with SMBs.
• Experience collaborating with pre‑sales and customer success teams to deliver a seamless journey.
• Strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting skills.
• Ability to shift priorities quickly and a high level of determination to succeed.
