Account Manager, North America, Off-Highway

About the role

Based in North America and reporting directly to the Head of OEM Mobile Sales North America Off‑Highway, the Account Manager will lead account management and business development for assigned accounts. The role focuses on driving growth, profitability, and delivering on commitments to customers and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain profitable relationships with OEM and off‑highway customers.
• Communicate Allison’s value proposition and coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including segment, platform, product management, engineering, and operations—to execute account strategies.
• Expand market share by driving system and platform adoption.
• Strengthen long‑term OEM partnerships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Based in North America with the ability to travel as needed.
• Proven experience in account management and business development within the automotive or off‑highway sector.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed, global organization.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
