About the role

RedDoorz is looking for an Account Manager to strengthen relationships with existing property partners and drive new business opportunities across its hotel network. You will act as the main point of contact for budget hotel owners, ensuring they receive the full benefit of RedDoorz’s technology platform and services.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and prospective partners.
Pursue new business opportunities with existing property partners.
Identify partners’ needs and propose suitable RedDoorz solutions.
Upsell and cross‑sell RedDoorz brands, products and services.
Provide comprehensive product and service information to partners.
Achieve revenue targets for each property.
Ensure 100% partner and client satisfaction.

Required profile

Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in account or relationship management.
Calm, efficient and able to work well under pressure.
Passion for delivering exceptional service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
