Account Manager – Hospitality & Corporate Accounts (Remote)

About the role

Corporate Stays is seeking a proactive Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with corporate clients, existing customers, and repeat guests. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison, ensuring high‑quality, personalized service that drives bookings, retention, and overall account value.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned corporate accounts and recurring guests.
• Serve as the main point of contact, delivering timely and professional communication.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase revenue.
• Prepare customized accommodation proposals based on client needs.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue Management, Guest Experience, and Operations teams.
• Track all client interactions, opportunities, and records in HubSpot CRM.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve retention and repeat business.

Required profile

• Highly organized and commercially minded.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
