Xactimate Estimator – Restoration Services & Claims Specialist

About the role

AdminEdge is seeking a skilled Xactimate Estimator to join its U.S.-based team remotely from the Philippines. You will be responsible for preparing accurate restoration estimates and managing insurance claims for water, fire, mold, and reconstruction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed restoration estimates using Xactimate software.
• Manage and process insurance claims from initiation to settlement.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and clients to ensure clear communication and timely approvals.
• Document all work performed, materials used, and labor costs for each project.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restoration estimating and insurance claim handling.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
