About the role

Alta Resources is seeking a dedicated Workforce Management Analyst to join its growing call centre team. This night‑shift position focuses on forecasting, staffing, and ensuring schedule compliance for call centre programs, offering the chance to innovate processes and contribute to employee wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate call volume forecasts.
  • Create staffing plans that align with forecasted demand.
  • Monitor schedule adherence and compliance across the night shift.
  • Collaborate with operations to adjust resources as needed.

Required profile

  • Experience in workforce management within a call centre environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset for forecasting and staffing analysis.
  • Ability to work night‑shift hours and manage remote or on‑site responsibilities.
