Windows Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Windows Administrator to manage and support our Windows infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and related technologies, and will be responsible for ensuring system stability, security and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration and maintenance.
• Manage Active Directory objects, groups, users and enforce policies through Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Perform patch management and software distribution using SCCM.
• Execute backup and restore procedures to protect critical data.
• Handle incident, change and problem management processes.
• Support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper‑V.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional experience in Windows system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and GPO management.
• Hands‑on experience with SCCM patching and deployment.
• Familiarity with backup/restore strategies and ITIL‑based incident handling.
• Experience with VMware or Hyper‑V virtualization.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications (ITIL, Microsoft) are a plus.
