WEDM Operator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled WEDM Operator to join our precision manufacturing team. You will be responsible for setting up and running Wire Electrical Discharge Machining equipment to produce high‑quality parts according to technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate WEDM machines to meet production targets.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
• Maintain accurate production records and document any deviations.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues on the equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve technical problems and improve processes.
• Follow safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized.

Required profile

• Diploma in machining technology or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience operating WEDM equipment or similar CNC machines.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
