WEDM Operator

About the role

We are seeking a skilled WEDM Operator to set up and run wire electrical discharge machining equipment in a precision manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will read and interpret technical drawings, produce high‑quality parts, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate WEDM machines to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining parameters.
• Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues on equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to meet production targets.
• Follow all safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized.

Required profile

• Diploma in machining technology or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience operating WEDM machines or similar CNC equipment.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
