Website and SEO Specialist

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Website and SEO Specialist to manage and optimise its corporate site Highspot.com. The role is fully remote and focuses on content publishing, on‑page SEO, localisation and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and edit content and images in WordPress CMS, ensuring accurate updates on Highspot.com.
• Stage new and updated landing pages, review design and functionality before publishing.
• Implement on‑page SEO best practices: keyword placement, H1/H2 tags, title tags, meta‑descriptions, URL slugs, internal linking and image optimisation.
• Coordinate localisation of the site across EN‑US, EN‑GB, DE and FR with the Content team.
• Maintain information architecture and SEO tagging standards.
• Assist with technical and non‑technical SEO tasks to boost organic visibility.
• Monitor keyword rankings, recommend and apply changes to content, metadata and internal links.
• Track, analyse and report blog performance, traffic growth, engagement and lead conversions.
• Support the Sr. Web Marketing Manager in achieving KPI targets for blog rankings.
• Use Google Analytics to monitor site performance, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Design and execute A/B tests with VWO and conduct competitor and audience research to uncover content gaps.
