Webflow Designer – Build Conversion‑Focused Landing Pages

About the role

We are seeking a Webflow Designer to create high‑performing landing pages and conversion‑focused experiences. The role involves turning direct‑response concepts into polished, production‑ready pages that drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build landing pages, advertorials, product detail pages, upsells, downsells, and thank‑you pages in Webflow.
• Maintain and expand reusable page templates and modular section libraries.
• Create responsive, mobile‑first layouts optimized for conversion performance.
• Translate concepts and reference pages into production‑ready designs.
• Build new sections/modules to showcase product benefits, scientific claims, comparisons, testimonials, FAQs, and offer structures.
• Export clean front‑end code and assets for deployment on external hosting infrastructure.
• Collaborate with marketing and media‑buying teams to iterate on layouts and messaging.
• Ensure consistent spacing, typography, hierarchy, and visual systems across all pages.
• QA pages across desktop, mobile, tablet, and major browsers, optimizing speed and visual consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience building pages in Webflow.
• Strong understanding of responsive, mobile‑first design principles.
• Familiarity with direct‑response and conversion‑focused page design.
• Attention to spacing, typography, hierarchy, and visual consistency.
• Experience QA’ing and optimizing pages across devices and browsers.
