Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that receiving, dispatching, replenishment and inventory control are performed efficiently and safely. You will coordinate staffing, maintain equipment, and uphold Good Warehousing Practices to meet productivity and cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise warehouse personnel for each shift.
• Monitor daily KPIs and ensure targets are met.
• Oversee dispatch, receiving, replenishment and inventory control activities.
• Prevent inventory variances, stock damages, expired items and related claims.
• Recommend productivity and cost‑efficiency initiatives to the Warehouse Manager.
• Maintain and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for warehouse equipment.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed and shipped according to cutoff times.
• Report incidents/accidents within 24 hours using Nonconformity Handling Tools.
• Handle special projects, prepare weekly accruals and monthly billings for Finance.
• Assist the Inventory Team with cycle counts and respond to queries from other departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business or technical related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety regulations.

Required skills

• MHE (Material Handling Equipment) operation and maintenance.
• Warehouse Management.
• Transport Management.
• Good Warehousing Practices (GWP).
