Warehouse Pharmacist

About the role

The Warehouse Pharmacist will lead regulatory and quality activities for DKSH's Cabuyao warehouse, covering drugs, medical devices, food supplements and cosmetics. This role ensures compliance with Philippine FDA and PDEA regulations while supporting secondary repackaging operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the pharmacist in charge of all product categories stored in the Cabuyao warehouse.
• Manage dangerous drugs handling, including PDEA verification, safekeeping, and local order permits.
• Lead secondary repackaging processes from inbound receipt to release of finished products.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Quality Assurance teams to maintain Good Distribution and Storage Practices.
• Serve as point‑person for regulatory authority and client audits, and support pollution control and destruction activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with a valid PRC ID.
• Minimum three years experience in regulatory affairs, ISO 9001:2015 quality management, GMP, and warehousing.
• Proven experience handling secondary repackaging activities.
• Demonstrated leadership and continuous‑improvement mindset.
