Warehouse Officer – Quality Management

About the role

The Warehouse Officer – Quality Management drives end‑to‑end quality performance across our warehouse sites. You will ensure KPI achievement, enforce SOPs, and lead proactive issue detection and resolution to maintain high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular warehouse visits and floor audits across collection, packing, dispatch, and storage areas.
• Identify, escalate, and enforce correction of SOP deviations; validate corrective actions on the floor.
• Own and improve KPI metrics such as DDR and other damage categories.
• Detect potential quality risks early, monitor operational patterns, and recommend preventive actions.
• Lead root‑cause analysis for major issues and ensure CAPA implementation and sustainability.
• Coordinate with RTM, purchasing, operations, and compliance teams; escalate unresolved non‑compliance.
• Maintain audit readiness, conduct internal compliance checks, and strengthen SOP adherence.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to QM Supervisors to ensure daily compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations or quality enforcement.
• Strong background in root‑cause analysis, process improvement, and operational quality control.
• Comfortable working in field‑based, high‑pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Advanced Excel or reporting‑tool proficiency is a plus.
