Warehouse Material Staff – Planning

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Material Staff to support the planning and execution of material flow for production. The role ensures accurate documentation, timely receipt and issue of raw and packaging materials, and maintains a clean, compliant warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Document and encode receipts and issuances of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables in the system.
• Receive raw materials, verify quantity, integrity, and cleanliness of pallets.
• Issue materials to production based on coordinator instructions and handle urgent requests.
• Coordinate weekly production material availability and report shortages promptly.
• Assist with month‑end physical inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and order, complying with cGMP and SSOP standards.
• Complete warehouse forms and records accurately, reporting any non‑conformities.
• Keep the forklift clean and operational, reporting any concerns.
• Communicate relevant information to other departments to support production needs.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• High school graduate; college degree in any 4‑year course is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations (receiving, storing, issuing, documenting).
• Forklift NCII certification.
• Detail‑oriented with strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Team player capable of prioritising multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, HACCP, Halal, SSOP, and 5S.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet trucks, and other material‑handling equipment.
