Warehouse Management System Operator

About the role

As a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Operator at 2GO Group, you will ensure that all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded and processed. Your work will support inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, and timely decision‑making across the logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily orders for picking and invoicing to meet next‑day delivery schedules.
• Prioritize and instruct the warehouse team on high‑priority deliveries.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Transport, and Warehouse teams on special‑instruction orders.
• Monitor picking status, stock replenishment, and expiry dates before confirmation.
• Liaise with the Inventory Management team on physical or system stock changes.
• Respond to queries from all departments and report issues to IT.
• Work with the transport section on delivery instructions, cut‑off times, and address specifications.
• Assist in preparing the monthly KPI report and perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Graduate of a four‑year business program (Accounting, Industrial Engineering, IT or related).
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, critical‑thinking, and record‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to work in a 24‑hour shifting environment, six days a week.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
