Visual Display and Design Officer

About the role

The Visual Display and Design Officer will lead the creation, implementation and upkeep of visual aesthetics across the mall environment. This role blends creative design, project management and budget control to enhance brand presence and drive foot traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and designs that strengthen the brand image, attract customers and boost sales.
• Manage project execution by overseeing fabrication, installation and maintenance of visual displays and marketing materials.
• Plan and control budgets for annual operations, special projects and décor procurement to ensure cost efficiency.
• Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, asset management and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Lead and develop team members by providing guidance, feedback and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Advertising/Media, Creative Multimedia or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in visual display, merchandising, installations or set‑up.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules.
