Visual Designer

About the role

OneOcean is seeking a Visual Designer to turn instructional storyboards into engaging, interactive e‑learning experiences. You will collaborate closely with Instructional Designers and subject‑matter experts to create polished digital learning modules that meet SCORM and xAPI standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality e‑learning courses using Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline.
• Create and refine multimedia assets such as graphics, layouts, animations, and interactions.
• Package and publish courses following SCORM (1.2/2004) and xAPI specifications.
• Test, troubleshoot, and deploy courses across various LMS environments.
• Validate course reporting (completion, scoring, tracking) on SCORM/xAPI‑compatible LMS systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Visual Designer.
• Strong visual design skills covering layout, typography, branding, colour and composition.
