Virtual Sales & Office Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Virtual Sales & Office Assistant to join the leading swim school in the United States. In this remote position you will manage inbound leads, follow up with prospects, support enrollments, and keep our sales pipeline moving.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads and estimate requests.
• Convert qualified leads into enrolled clients via calls, texts, and follow‑up.
• Handle outbound follow‑up and re‑engage dormant opportunities.
• Schedule appointments, consultations, and reminders.
• Prepare estimate support packets, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
• Ensure no lead or revenue opportunity falls through the cracks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, customer service, service coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Comfortable making and receiving calls throughout the day.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume lead follow‑up and pipeline activity.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results‑driven.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
