About the role
We are looking for a highly organised Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our Director and ensure smooth daily operations. This remote, full‑time position focuses on customer service, scheduling, CRM updates and a range of administrative duties.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary telephone point of service and client concierge, handling inbound sales inquiries and customer‑service requests.
- Conduct outbound follow‑up calls, confirmations and updates.
- Manage multiple calendars, emails, team meetings and logistics across Australian locations.
- Maintain CRM data, sales pipeline, and client records; prepare proposals and business documents using templates.
- Assist in creating basic business or financial reports and perform other general admin tasks as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar customer‑service/administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written English with strong customer‑handling abilities.
- Familiarity with Australian geography is preferred.
- Degree qualification is a plus.
