About the role

We are looking for a dynamic sales associate to join our Mango store in Pontevedra. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover our fashion collections and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sell clothing, accessories, footwear and leather goods, and provide styling and personal‑shopping advice.
• Interact with customers and support staff to maximise sales and enhance the customer journey.
• Inform shoppers about promotions, product ranges and company policies.
• Perform store‑level tasks such as stock handling, cashier duties, daily operations and loss‑prevention activities.
• Assist with online order fulfilment when items are unavailable in‑store.

Required profile

• Strong collaboration, teamwork and communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with initiative and innovation.
• At least six months have passed since any previous selection process with feedback for a similar store type.
