Utilization Review Doctor

About the role
The Utilization Review Doctor evaluates the delivery of medical services to ensure that patient care is appropriate, medically necessary, and of high quality. This role involves reviewing clinical documentation, applying approved guidelines, and supporting client-specific utilization processes.
Key responsibilities
- Review patient medical records and related documents to assess appropriateness of care.
- Abstract and analyze clinical information according to client‑specific guidelines and templates.
- Document findings and recommendations in accordance with established utilization review standards.
- Input approved guidelines and reference materials into the review system.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation when needed.
Required profile
- Graduate or undergraduate degree in Medicine.
- Strong command of written English.
- Ability to work onsite at the Mckinley facility in Taguig.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
