US Tax Datasets QA Analyst

About the role

Ubiquity is looking for a detail‑oriented US Tax Datasets QA Analyst to ensure the accuracy and compliance of tax‑related data sets. You will work closely with CPA‑prepared datasets, validating completeness, calculations, and consistency across forms such as 1040, W‑2, and 1099.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality‑assurance checks on tax datasets prepared by CPAs.
• Validate data completeness, document presence, and tax calculations.
• Reconcile figures across multiple tax forms and supporting documents.
• Ensure datasets meet client and IRS compliance standards.
• Format and finalize datasets for delivery to clients.

Required profile

• Background in accounting or commerce (mandatory).
• Familiarity with US tax concepts and forms (preferred).
• Experience with CPA internships or tax return preparation is a strong plus.
• Basic understanding of tax calculations and reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail for QA and validation tasks.

Required skills
