About the role
We are seeking a Recruiter focused on US‑based healthcare positions. The role supports night‑shift operations aligned with US business hours and handles both clinical and non‑clinical talent acquisition for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets.
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for nursing, allied health, and healthcare administration roles.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of US recruitment or BPO experience, preferably in clinical or non‑clinical healthcare staffing.
Required skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
- Working knowledge of US healthcare licensure, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
